Problem identification:
The challenges of MaxCity Group were that they allocated human resources to manually collect their business energy usage through energy metres and these resources could be used elsewhere. It was a waste of time and energy, while facing potential risks of errors when collecting data manually. Realistically, they needed better control over their energy usage while automating their data collection processes to minimise error risks and at the same time facilitate their operations.
Solutions provided by Osmoz:
We came up with a deployment of smart metres to collect more detailed and up-to-date data, in real-time, and provided an automatic data collection on our cloud-based IoT platform. This has enabled MaxCity Group to use its human resources in an efficient manner and to reduce errors in data collection drastically.
LA CROISETTE
Problem identification:
Before our intervention, Grand Baie La Croisette had several challenges including water leakage in unoccupied apartments, water damage, wastage and other related inconveniences. They needed a proper water management solution that would prevent water spillage and damage, in a sustainable manner.
Solutions provided by Osmoz:
We intervened with tailor-made solutions best suited for their environment such as the installation of smart water leakage sensors and application of automatic data collection through our cloud-based IoT platform. The results? They never missed any alert with their instant SMS messages when leakages were detected. This reduced maintenance costs and improved their efficiency in tackling such issues.
